Artificial intelligence is gradually moving beyond being an automation tool and is beginning to shape how companies make decisions, distribute responsibility and build management processes. In an interview with Zakon.kz, Andrey Treshchuk, CEO of IMPACE Group, discusses what changes this will bring for businesses and the IT function.
One of the key shifts is the move from automating individual operations to intelligent decision support. AI can already analyze context, detect deviations and suggest next steps. Yet the more tasks are handed over to such systems, the more important the questions of control, the acceptable cost of error and the limits of human responsibility become. The role of specialists is changing as well: as entry-level tasks are automated, companies have to think about how professional expertise will be built and passed on in the future.
