From SAP projects to business transformation
Telecon was founded in Kazakhstan in 2003 and became an official SAP partner in 2005.
For many years, the company’s core focus was SAP implementation projects for large enterprises. Working on complex corporate initiatives, Telecon gradually expanded its expertise beyond system implementation into business consulting, process transformation, change management, and improving the efficiency of financial and operational functions.
Since 2023, Telecon has been actively developing its Horizontal Monitoring practice and participated in the first projects within the pilot initiative launched by the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
At the same time, the company continues to expand its expertise in internal controls, data transparency, process management, and modern technologies for large organizations.
Since 2026, Telecon has been a part of IMPACE, an international group of companies specializing in digital transformation, enterprise systems, business consulting, and technology projects across Central Asia, the Caucasus, the Middle East, and Europe.
This allows Telecon to combine local expertise with international experience and involve highly specialized experts in complex transformation initiatives.
