Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data Telecon receives through the telecon.kz website, what we use it for and what rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.

Who we are

The website belongs to Telecon (Almaty, Kazakhstan), which decides why and how your data is processed. For any question about your data, write to info@telecon.kz.

What data we receive

Data you send us. When you fill in the request form, we receive your first and last name, company, job title, phone number, email address, comment and the page the request was sent from. If you write to us or call us directly, we receive what you tell us in the message or the call.

Data about your visit, only with your consent. If you allow analytics in the cookie settings, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity collect information about how you use the site: which pages you open, how long you stay, how you scroll and where you click, as well as the type of device and browser, the language and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Microsoft Clarity does not record what you type into form fields.

Your cookie choice. The site stores in your browser whether you allowed analytics, so it does not ask again.

Why we use the data

  • To answer your request, hold a consultation and prepare a proposal.
  • To understand which materials are useful, find errors and improve the site. For this we only use aggregated statistics.

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising and do not send newsletters without separate consent.

We process the data from the form on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box before sending it. Analytics is switched on only after you consent in the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Cookies and analytics

The site’s essential storage holds only your cookie choice (the telecon-consent-v1 entry in your browser). Without it the site cannot remember your decision.

Analytics cookies are set only if you allow them:

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC): cookies _ga and _ga_*, kept for up to 2 years;
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): cookies _clck (up to 1 year) and _clsk (1 day).

You can change your decision at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. Cookies already stored can be deleted in your browser’s settings.

Who we share data with

Requests from the form arrive in Telecon’s mailbox and are available only to the employees who handle them. Data about your visit, if you allowed analytics, is processed by Google and Microsoft as our processors. Their servers may be located outside Kazakhstan, so this data is transferred across borders; this happens only with your consent.

We share data with other third parties only where the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan requires it.

How long we keep data

We keep request data for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any cooperation that follows, but no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires a longer period. Analytics data is kept for the cookie periods listed above, and in Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity reports under their retention rules.

Your rights

You can:

  • find out what data of yours we process and get a copy of it;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate data or delete it;
  • withdraw your consent to processing;
  • complain about our actions to the authority responsible for personal data protection.

To exercise these rights, write to info@telecon.kz. We will reply within the time the law sets.

How we protect data

The site works only over a secure HTTPS connection. Access to requests is limited to the employees who need it for their work.

Changes to this notice

We update this notice when the way we handle data changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
